The content of the competition is aimed at whether students can know and roughly apply the skills and knowledge we have learned, and present it through the creation of a project (dream project or plan). We are not limited to individual or team registration, and we do not care about plans. Whether it needs to be completed, but a plan or preliminary plan for the project must be produced.
