We have officially established the DreaMot8 Advocacy Community. DreaMot8 is an advocacy brand centered around SDG8, dedicated to breaking monopolies and barriers through the practical application of AI and entrepreneurship. We believe that economic prosperity is a fundamental right for everyone; regardless of background, socioeconomic status, or educational background, everyone should have the opportunity to realize their dreams. By connecting real business needs with talent training, we are building an inclusive ecosystem that allows AI to accelerate human potential and supports dreams with viable business models.
In our first meeting, we identified four key areas:
1. Committee Members — Builders
Committee members are the operational core of the movement. You are responsible for organizing events, leading projects, managing outreach, creating content, coordinating partners, and driving initiatives from ideas to execution. This is a highly participatory and proactive role.
This role is suitable for those who are naturally organized, event planners, community builders, and students or professionals looking to gain practical leadership experience. You will gain real project management experience, leadership skills, a network of like-minded activists, resume enhancement, and the opportunity to immerse yourself in the AI and entrepreneurship ecosystem.

2. Paid Members (AI Dream Chasers) — Learners
Paid members are AI dream chasers and learners within the community. You will participate in AI training programs, learn the basics of entrepreneurship, attend workshops and mentorship sessions, apply AI tools to real business scenarios, and build your own projects.
This role is suitable for career changers, aspiring entrepreneurs, recent graduates, professionals looking to enhance their skills with AI, and anyone who believes AI is a great equalizer. You will gain practical AI skills, entrepreneurial thinking, exclusive training and resources, industry mentorship, and a group of fellow dreamers.
The learning community includes: weekly AI online seminars, live courses for international AI dream chasers learning modules, monthly AI learning explorer previews, an E-learning platform, quick registration for short courses and events, and future meetings and summit activities.

3. Advocates — Voices
Advocates are the official title for supporters, responsible for amplifying the vision of DreaMot8 and SDG8. You do not need to organize events or join paid training. The main action is to publicly share our ideas, content, and vision on social media, in conversations, and within your own networks, spreading the message against diploma elitism, AI empowerment opportunities, and the right to decent work for all. There is no mandatory time commitment.
This role is suitable for influencers, communicators, educators, social media creators, and professionals with strong networks who want to amplify the mission but do not wish to organize or pay. You will gain membership in a meaningful movement, priority access to ideas and resources, recognition as a DreaMot8 advocate, and connections with like-minded individuals.

4. AI Silk Road — Organizational Partners
The AI Silk Road is the organizational collaboration level. Companies, NGOs, educational institutions, and various organizations can formally support and endorse the complete DreaMot declaration and the DreaMot8 SDG8 mission. Partners can co-host events, build talent pipelines, jointly deliver projects, or provide resource support. This is an organizational alignment badge; individuals cannot join this level.
This role is suitable for technology and AI companies, educational institutions, CSR departments, foundations, business associations, and any organization committed to talent development and economic empowerment. You will gain brand alignment with SDG8, visibility within the DreaMot8 community, talent pipelines, opportunities for event and program collaboration, and recognition for corporate social impact.

These four key elements do not compete with each other, but complement each other. Builders bring ideas to fruition, learners turn potential into capability, advocates spread the vision, and organizational partners bring in resources and needs.
